    1. Just got it today - from Maryknoll - and am hoping it is as good as it sounds. From the back cover "Issues include economy, poverty, health care, family, crime, war, race and ethnicity, immigration, environment, and protecting human life"Update: Well, here's the thing, I'm not really perplexed. i think this would be good for Catholics or other Christians who struggle to choose between a candidate who is "pro-life" and "pro death penalty" and one who is "pro-choice" but may support other issues [...]

    2. I think this is an excellent book, and a great (brief) overview of Catholic Social Teaching. I plan to reread it before I vote in all major and minor elections.
