    1. “The Christmas Wolf” is a short (2 hours) audiobook with a better human MC than many of Essex’s books. As wacky as Kathryn (Kat) is about loving Christmas in the extreme, she’s a very likable and decent person. When Kat’s roommate Diane leaves abruptly to live with her boyfriend, Kat is in a financial pickle and looks for a roommate ASAP.Jewel responds to the ad, and wants to make sure that Kat doesn’t have any problems with her being a werewolf, as her former roommate did. Werewolve [...]

    2. This is something like my tenth Bridget Essex story I’ve read. This is one of those ‘woman meets werewolf, woman falls in love with werewolf’ short stories Essex likes to write. Many of which have holiday themes. This one being Christmas. Well, hmm, seasonal themes? Right. So, Ebbie Scrogg worked in a place called Christmasland and hated Christmas (forced to work there because of ‘duty, responsibility’ etc.). A kind of downer type of person. A depressing kind of person. But that was Ess [...]

    3. Fluffy holiday read (see what I did there?). The whole werewolf as stand in for gay thing was pretty heavy handed, and the relationship was pretty instant. That said, I appreciate that there were no declarations of love and the love scene was hot as hell. I didn't love this one, but I'm looking forward to checking out more from this author.

    4. A sweet perfect holiday read!I love sweet Christmas love stories and this is one of those stories that left me smiling and that put myself in the holiday spirit. This story is warm, engaging and full of love. I highly recommend this book to everyone who love the Christmas season and of course beautiful werewolves. A perfect combination.

    5. Very cute sweetThis is a very cute and sweet story. Your characters embodied the true essence of what the meaning of the sweet generosity of what the Holiday Season is supposed to be about. Thank you for that.

    6. Another great story.I just love Bridget's imagination. Her ability to make fantasy so realistic while dealing with societies short comings such as discriminating against people for being different. And she adds a love story just to make it complete. I love reading and totally losing myself in Bridget's stories. They make me feel happy and believe there is goodness in this world. That in itself is a good enough reason to read this book.
