    1 thought on “Unforgivable

    1. Scary psychological thriller with multiple suspects for a serial murderer. Told around the story and emotions of the fragile Katie, this book moves in interesting directions. This one has a pretty high creep factor, suitable for those cool, fall nights when Halloween approaches.

    2. It is a darkish thriller, not overtly grisly but nevertheless gloomy and disconsolate in its tone. A subdued lonely h, browbeaten and manipulated by feelings of guilt and gratitude by her older husband, who treats her more like a possession than a partner. All the ugliness of a small town - class lines, prejudices and hostility are there. The H comes back to town, an outcast and a misfit as in his childhood and youth before he moved out- and now a suspect as well in the mysterious disappearances [...]

    3. A Romantic Suspense by Tina Wainscott/Jaime Rush. Katie Malloy takes her kitten to be adopted and a mean bully hurts it. She goes to Silas to help her get the kitten to the veterinarian. Later she gets mad at her mother when she gets in trouble. So she sneaks out and stays at a friend's house. Then tragedy strikes. Fast forward to 18 years later and Katie is now Katie Ferguson. She spent years as a foster child and then married the veterinarian that saved her kitten. And now Silas has returned.W [...]

    4. Creepy, creepy, creepy. Everyone in this book, even the hero and heroine were a bit creepy. Unforgivable defines (the stereotype we give of) small town USA. Everybody knows everybody else, everybody trusts everyone else, and everybody is in EVERYBODY's business. Never in a million years would someone from this small community commit the horrible acts that are happening right under their noses. And if it is one of them, well it must be the "outsider". Unforgivable was a great combo of eerie suspe [...]

    5. Grabbed me from the start kept me on the edge of my seat. Loved this book so much I will be reading more of her books. One of the main characters is just creepy or the book would have even been better. Everyone that I recommended this book to liked it.

    6. So i read 'Unforgivable' within 24 hours. I finished it this morning.d OH WOW! That is all i can say. If you ask my hubby what I was doing while reading, he'd say it was, well it was like I was watching a football game, i guess lol.I was on the edge of my seat, and at times i was yelling at the book. Tina had me from the beginning til the very end. Awesome awesome awesome! I have read her Offspring Series as Jaime Rush, She is amazing at everything she writes!

    7. UNFORGIVABLE is a story that is hard to explain and really hard to review because while I enjoyed it, it might not be the kind of book that others will like. It starts with Katie Malloy as a young girl. She is trying to save a kitten that was hurt by an older boy from town. She needs to get him to a vet and Silas Koole comes to her rescue. Both considered 'white trash', they come from dysfunctional homes. The kitten is fixed by a kindly young veterinarian and the story flash forwards to the pres [...]

    8. Overall, I enjoyed the book. It has a creepy husband, small town gossip and a swoon worthy lost love. My main issue with the book was that it had so much foreshadowing, that if you pay close attention, you will have all of the "twists" figured out long before the end of the book reveals. Even knowing I had pretty much figured everything out way ahead of time, didn't take away from my enjoyment though. At first, I was angered by Katie and her subordinate behavior. But when I reminded myself that s [...]

    9. This book had you interested form the begining. I was so courious as to who Katie would end up with that I skipped to the end to find out. Okay, so now you are thinking that this spoiled the book for me to read. Not at all, I still enjoyed how the story was brought about and the twists and turns I didn't know about. Gary was a shocker for me, I just thought he was a cop that wanted to throw his weight around. Just goes to show you how you never really know the people you live with, or are around [...]

    10. WOW this book was remarkable even i couldn't decide who the killer was i kept changing my mind who it was. This book kept me gripped all the way thought i have read a few books by this author now and i have loved them all & i will definitely be reading more

    11. Like another reviewer saidCreepy, Creepy, Creepy! But in an "OMG! This is soooooo Creepy! I really enjoyed this book, both reading it and the audiobook. I will be on the lookout for more from this author in the future.

    12. Great mystery with paranormal elements.I loved the characters, the intrigue, the tension. The paranormal was good without being over the top. The author's description of the town and the people made you feel as if you were really there.

    13. I give it 3.5 stars. While it was a good read, it was one I could put down and go back to.I felt so bad for Katie. Ben's lie' s, manipulating, deceit and other things he had done put everyone against her. In the end she found Silas. And her brother.

    14. I loved this book could not put it down! Keeps you reading and guessing till th end. I would recommend this to anyone who like mysteries or suspense.

    15. I really liked this book. I literally could not put it down! I would have read through the night but I finally had to make myself go to bed at 3:00 since I had to work the next day!

    16. This was an awesome book that kept me on the edge of my seat! It had just the right amount of romance and suspense. I loved it and want more!
