    1. Going to be honest I didn't read the synopsis for this book. I read it because I was interested in the author. First off, I am glad I picked up this book first. It was a quick read, and the more I read, the more I wanted more to the story. I think this was a perfect short fantasy story. ( but I wouldn't be upset if there was more to it *hint hint* ;) )This book it currently free on !! If you have some spare time definitely pick it up!!

    2. Direct, to the point, concise these are all good words to describe a short story that completely captivates the reader and leaves them wanting more! Not that the tale is lacking - all the elements of an intriguing and engaging read are there! It is daring and descriptive with an unexpected twist! Definitely worth the read!

    3. I really enjoyed this story, and I'd love to know what happens to these characters. Even gargoyles need lovin' too!

    4. I wasn't too sure what to expect as I'm not into fantasy but I was pleasantly surprised and glad I read Beneath the Masks. I liked the start, how the scene is set with the three moons glowing in the sky and then moves to the ball inside. It felt a little like reading a historical romance but with the touches of fantasy. The story ended at just the right place, keeping readers wondering if there is more. Loved it.
