    1. Vastly more entertaining that I expected. Money is a great writer, and this was a very thorough book. He balanced a general reader approach with lovely hard science.

    2. My sister found this in the bargain-book section and sent it to me because it made her think of me because I'm into scary stuff like that. She is right. ;-)The author's focus is on toxic molds that grow in homes, especially Stachybotrys, a black mold whose toxins can be harmful to human lungs. He spends a bit more time than I was interested in spending on indoor mold-related lawsuits, but he also covers a bit of history of toxic molds and the human immune response. The material can be a bit dry [...]

    3. For a book on mold and fungi it is entertaining and actually funny at times. The author's sense of humor makes this book what it is.
